NOTICE OF HEARING OF THE COMMISSIONERS COURT OF HENDERSON COUNTY, TEXAS. Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 232.008 of the Local Government Code that during the regular meeting of the Commissioners Court of Henderson County, Texas, to be held on the 8th day of December, 2009, to commence at approximately 9:30 a.m., local time, in the County Courthouse located in Athens, Texas, a Public Hearing on John R. Eagle's, solely in his capacity as Sole Trustee of the JRE GS Trust, a trust created under instrument dated December 1, 1998 ("Petitioner"), Petition and Application to Cancel Part of a Recorded Subdivision Plat and For Cancellation of Certain Easements related to Petitioner's ownership of eighteen (18) contiguous residential lots located within the Indian Oaks Subdivision, a subdivision located in Henderson County, Texas, a plat of which was recorded in Volume 2, Page 82 of the Plat Records of Henderson County, Texas. The eighteen (18) lots which Petitioner owns are Lots 39 through 56 of Indian Oaks Subdivision as described in the plat and comprise the part of Indian Oaks Subdivision which would be cancelled. Petitioner requests that all existing easements located on, over and under the portion of Indian Oaks Subdivision being cancelled would likewise be cancelled, and that Petitioner would grant to the county all easements as are necessary to provide utilities and their maintenance for the remaining portion of the Indian Oaks Subdivision.
